How do I check the status of my shipment?
We email you a USPS tracking number when your order ships. Please email us at a.and.o.s.contact@gmail.com with any questions.
How long will it take to make and ship out my order?
All orders (and even custom) are made and shipped within 5 business day.
What are my shipping options?
All domestic orders under $100 are shipped via USPS at a low flat rate cost of $7.95 per order. Domestic orders over $100 include free shipping via USPS. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International for a flat rate of $15.00.
Can I order an apparel with a design other than what you offer?
We will be glad to work with you if you mail your preferences and contact info, to a.and.o.s.contact@gmail.com we will get in touch to complete your desired order.
How do I take care of my apparel?
Wash inside out most preferably cold using a mild detergent, do not bleach, do not use fabric softeners, iron inside out on personalized design, do not dry clean but dry on low settings.
Can you customize size or colors?
Yes, in most cases we can customize our hoodies and t-shirts to different sizes and/or colors. Please email your request with your design or preferred scripture to a.and.o.s.contact@gmail.com.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, and will ship to other countries upon request.
